Fastest thing in Whole Universe. Are you really right?

INTRODUCTION-:

Hello, friends in our blog today I am going to tell you about a new thing. 

Can you guess what the thing is ?

Can you think which is the fastest particle or thing  in the whole universe ? Think about that.

If you guess that the thing is light then you are wrong.

It is a well known fact that nothing can travel faster than light.

I am going to tell you about that thing. So lets start-:

The name of that thing is "Tachyon."

What is tachyon?

A tachyon particle is a  highly conjectural particle that has a mass and always moves faster than speed of light. Many  of the scientists think that such particles cannot exists because they are not consistent with the known laws of physics. If such particles exists  they could be used to send signals faster than light .

In fact only massless  particles like photons travel at light speed at all. But is this really true? In 1960, O.M.P Bilaniuk, V.K Deshpande and E.C.G Sudarshan.

Physicist Gerald Feinberg gave the name of  Tachyons.

Fact -: Because a tachyon moves faster than speed of light it would not be possible to see it approaching.  After a tachyon has passed nearby an observer  would be able to see 2 images of it, appearing and departing in different directions.

for ex-:  Signals sent with Techyons could be recieved before they were sent.

Tachyons and time travel-:

Since the speed of tachyons is considered as faster than the speed of light, by Albert Einstein's Special Relativity the momentum of tachyon particle turns out to be negative. And since the momentum turns out to be negative so the real mass of a tachyon particle cannot be determined.

Another theory says that a constantly travelling tachyon particle can never be stopped so it will have a infinite momentum therefore an infinite amount of energy is required  to deaccelerate the particle. Therefore these particles can neither be deaccelerated  and similarly nor be accelerated.

The information about such particles have been found in Hindu Holy books like Ramayana and The Hindu Vedas.

Fact-: " One curious thing about Tachyons is that unlike ordinary particles the speed of Tachyons increases as its energy  decreases. Also if it gain energy it begans to deaccelerate."

In special relativity theory a faster than light particle would have a space like four- momentum . Although in some theories the mass of tachyons is regarded imaginary. In some modern theories the mass s considered real.

Special relativity implies that they could never be slow down to velocities below speed of light. If such type of particles exists then we will be able  to communicate our past. Tachyons  could literally be sent outwards bounce off a tachyonic mirror  and return before they were sent.  for ex- if  you sent a message to your great-grandfather that caused your great-grandfather to be killed before your grandfather and father were conceived then you would not be around to send the message that prevented your birth so that you would be around to send the message.

Do Tachyons Really Exists?

It has been proposed that tachyons could be produced from high-energy particle collision , and tachyon searches have been undertaken in cosmic rays.

Unlike neutrons, tachyons are not actually required to really by any physical theory and indeed their existence would raise problems than it would solve. Although it is possible to describe them mathematically it would appear that certain tachyons do not exists in real universe.

Therefore, I think that tachyons cannot help man travel faster than speed of light.
